Platypus

Platypus is a StableSwap on Avalanche, similar to Curve on Ethereum or Ellipsis on BSC. However, Platypus is not a fork of Curve, we’ve developed an AMM that is based on Asset Liability Management, namely ALM, which we found to be very suitable for stableswap. Platypus is crafted against existing StableSwap limitations.We hope to offer there critical benefits to the Avalanche ecosystem:  

A.Lower Slippage: The single-sided open liquidity pool promotes higher capital efficiency hence resulting in lower slippage compared to existing StableSwap. 

B. Higher Scalability: The Platypus liquidity pool composition gives room for flexibility and scalability. We can easily add or remove new tokens to the main pool, hence they are allowed to scale naturally based on their organic demand and supply.  

C. Better User Experience: Platypus’ exchange is designed to be simple to use. Users can always deposit and withdraw tokens of the same kind without worrying about the pool compositions or size.
